Scientific and technical bases of calibration-sanding process of particle boardsby hard abrasive instruments are studied. Influence of casual character of wooden board materials thickness on the basic indicators of calibration-sanding process was defined.

Mathematical, simulative and regressions models for determination of basic indicators for calibration-sanding process of the particle board, MDF and plywood are elaborated.

Special function of optimization, algorithms and programs for the calculation of optimum parameters for process by abrasive tool has been developed.

Basic results of research are used improve of efficiency calibration-sanding process in production, in scientific researches and study process.
